WHAT
WE DO
If you have a Voland HCE balance that is in
need of service, you are in the right place! Our staff includes two long
time Voland employees with a combined total of over 50 years of experience in
the fabrication, service and calibration of Voland balances. |

|
|
|
Certification:
If your balance if in good working order and you desire
certification only, contact us and we will prepare a quotation as to price and
availability. A typical visit for routine maintenance and certification
takes 1-3 days, depending upon location.

Service Contracts:
If your balance is used extensively and you wish to consider a
service contract, contact us and we will be happy to issue a quotation .
We tailor each contract individually, depending upon amount of usage, type of
balance, location, and services requested. |

Repair:
If you suspect that your balance is not operating to
specification, the first step would be to fill out our Voland Fact Form.
We will then analyze your information and call or fax you with our recommendations.
There is no charge for this service.
If
your balance has sustained damage or wear to the knife edges or flat bearing
surfaces, we will often recommend that certain components be sent to our
facility for reconditioning using our specialized equipment. The
re-sharpening of knives and replacement or reconditioning of bearings is not
something that we are able to do on-site. Please call us with any
questions or concerns that you may have about your balance's performance, and we
will be happy to answer your questions and work up a no-obligation quote.

Replacement Parts:
We stock many Voland HCE parts and accessories. In
addition, our full-functioning machine shop is capable of fabricating any Voland
parts to original specifications.
