Ordering Information:

We do not currently accept electronic orders, although we may do so in the future.  Please call us between 9am and 4pm EST to order.  We do not currently accept credit cards.  To open a net 30 day account, please fax us your credit information, including 1 bank reference and 3 trade references.  Your order will be shipped immediately upon credit approval.  We will also accept prepaid orders.

Minimum Charge:

We have a $40 minimum charge (excluding shipping) for all orders.

Shipping:

We ship all orders via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

Catalog Requests:

We will gladly send you our Sprocket and Bead Chain Drive Systems Catalog or Raymor HCE Balance Catalog upon request.  Please check the appropriate box on our catalog request page, or call us.

Technical Service:

You may call or fax during regular business with your technical questions or for design or application information.  If there is not an engineer available to assist you, we will have someone return your call as soon as possible.

Special Orders:

Please call or fax us for a quotation on any custom designs or modifications that you might require.
